I always enjoy Silver Sevens for its convenient location, clean room, friendly staff, airport shuttle and great value.
Staff is friendly, pool area is perfect, room was clean, plenty of security walking the property and grounds which was nice. The cafe is great for breakfast and they have a free airport shuttle. It has everything we wanted. Not too large like hotels on the strip. Plenty of different machines. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms were nice, felt secure, off the busy strip so we got a nice rest because it wasn't noisy.

For those on a budget Silver Sevens is good place.
Only had one employee that was not helpful on our checkout day the 11th! Otherwise everyone was helpful and friendly.
Originally your web sight said you had a shuttle to the strip! When we got there we were told no there was not! Very frustrating!
You need to update your web site! The shuttle schedule on the web and the true one at the hotel are not the same! You advertise a heated pool but it was not even open! The hot tub would have been nice at the very least and yet we still get a resort fee for no pool! Hotels really need to update the web sites in general!
The beds are clean and comfy. In all the hotel is older and run down. Be aware the shuttle schedule is not always consistent. The cleanliness needs to be addressed with phones and light switches cleaned. Hallway carpet is very dirty! The trash and liter around the outside is gross! Our shuttle drivers were very friendly and Cindy at the front desk was a huge help. Last front desk person who was not Cindy was not helpful. I don’t understand the resort charge when the pool and hot tub are not even open!! Casino was okay in the am but by evening it was so smoky! The repairman came quickly and was very kind. Extra towels were brought quickly. Just an okay stay!

Desk clerk Cindy was great. Shuttle driver was great. Room is clean. Only issue was loud A/C turning off and on all night and blow dryer that appeared burned. A great stay for one night for sure.
