Need a lot o TLC.
I booked it for June 28,2025 through July 5,2025 paid a lot had an emergency come had to leave July 1,2025 we drove from Kentucky all the way to California long drive 29 hours and had to drive back.. we had no choice to leave. When we checked in I told them I would clean and we have plenty of towels and things we left for an hour came back the moved all out stuff around in the room took my extra towels didn’t take trash out nothing just went through our stuff. I asked for a day or two refund I wasn’t asking for the whole thing just a little back they was very rude said no thank you and you can leave now. Rude wasn’t the word for it. Never again.
I made a mistake on my reservation thru a 3rd party. When I hit reserve I realized I had made a mistake I accidentally made it for that night instead of the next night even knowing it was non refundable I called them explaining what happened they told me to go thru the 3rd party so I did. They refused to do anything to work with me even though I had called them within 10 minutes because they don’t list a phone number would at least refund something but they were unwilling to work with me even though I booked another reservation for the next day which is what I wanted in the first place. I will not stay at a Wyndham Motel again. 😕.
