Hotel front desk are not courteous or not trained enough of customer service ; I called 213 755 8938 and it identified as Hyatt House ; all was good until I was checking in and the front desk was not accepting the reservation; I had to call the above number to let them talk to the front desk ! I think his name is Yigt? He was not courteous and I had to bring his temper down … overall CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING is what is needed… and reservations system improvements too !
Very comfortable hotel walking distance from USC Medical Center. Very clean and safe. Only negative is train runs during night.
Super nice, clean and conveniently located just steps to health center. Hotel is relatively new. Prices are very reasonable. They give discounts for AAA Membership.
The desk people were great! The hotel room was huge with a couch, fridge and microwave plus a walk in shower in a large bathroom. It was very clean. I will definitely come back here and stay.
