I decided to call marriott directly for my reservation. With five people including two adults, my only requirement was a suite with a separated room. After discussing my needs he booked the wrong room for us and piled us all into a small space. the counter lerson would not resolve the problem in any way despite the parking lot being “bare”. Very frustrating experience.
The location was good place was pleasant but the people working there seemed clueless. I asked about signing on the Internet and was told no code or anything needed but I was signed up Marriott three months premium plan for their hotels. Staff seemed clueless and parking was exactly expensive. Now I have to either cancel my cc or pray these people will cancel me. Again staff did not know anything about anything. Would not recommend to anyone.
