We have stayed at the hotel so many times (our place of choice) that I immediately knew Marc at the front desk and he remembered me. He gave us the best service possible making us feel at home. We were able to get into a room at a great time for us. I am very picky and I love the pillows, sheets and comforter. I was so glad to see Marc again making everyone feel at home. We will be back and we look forward to the new restaurant too.
The place is an over priced! Mill and nobody seems to be in charge. A lot of I understand and sorry and no results. Just processing payments and not building loyal customers. The house of one and done !
Ace Hotel Brooklyn is all about service and location! This place has everything! The staff is friendly. The food drinks and bar are convenient. It is a great place to work, study, meet up, read and STAY!
