I wanna thank and express my appreciation to the woman at the front desk and also to Annia Rodriquez the housekeeping supervisor and Ivan Plasencia, manager housekeeping tower. Both were very gracious, pleasant, good natured and very accommodating to my special needs and requests. They are great team members and you should thank them both and the teams that they support and represent. Thank you again to everyone for making our stay here so pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay. Good restaurants. The pools are pretty cool. Overall, the hotel is recommended.
This is a new hotel with very helpful staff, clean surroundings and above all, free parking. Loved it.
We were there three days and all I can say is they definitely live up to their name Resort World! Not a single complaint except maybe their pillows..? lol.

Clean, quiet, convenient hotel with pleasant staff all around. I stayed at the Hilton property, easy walk inside to the Conrad's 66th floor for the views and a glass of wine!
