Somehow, a bottle of acetone smelling substance was spilled in our room after the first night. We were unable to change rooms, but with the help of air conditioning were able to dissipate the smell otherwise great stay and courteous staff who actually comped our ballet charge because of the smelly room and the fact that the hotel was fully booked. I would stay here again thank you.
It was just fine.

The Hilton brand is great to stay at, but please be aware of who you are booking with. If it’s not the Hilton hotel, be very cautious. This company is a total rip off. I got them by calling a 33 110 number, trying to reach the Hilton hotel after speaking to them. They told me that there were only two rooms left, so I rushed to book the room to find out that they are a third party company and they overcharge for everything to consumers. Please be aware when you’re booking a room. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
The hotel staff are superb! From valets, front desk, restaurant/bar/cafe to housekeeping team everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. My primary complaint is about limited options for pillows ( they are think and not very pliable a real problem for side sleepers. I also hoped the in hotel food options would be more varied. That said, I enjoyed the overall experience.
Fun and entertainment all in one place, everything is there, my stay was amazing like no other hotel.
