The Westgate Hotel staff is great. Very clean and rooms are comfortable. Cleaning staff is very respectful. Great casino and restaurants, great music venues. We came and enjoyed great Tejano music with many friends. We'll be returning next year. Raymundo Talavera.

My sink flooded with sewer water they did move us but we didn’t get a discount all that money I paid and no discount for the issues.
rooms were cleaned daily, towels restocked and never a worry about our personal belongings. Food was great in the Draft bar/ Sportsbook area. Slots were tight, but that is why it's called gambling!🤣.

I made the choice to say at Westgate because the pool tournament was there and it was noted pool players would get free parking. I called and made my reservation and was quoted a price and prepaid. When I arrived the room was double the amount and I did not get the free parking. The manager was not supportive and past the buck to the folks in parking and the person I spoke to for the reservation. I had a receipt which stated the price and that I had prepaid. My wife and I frequent Vegas and will never stay there again. The worst customer service and just out right rude. I am petitioning the ACS board to let them know and request a new location next year. In addition, if that is place they choose, leagues from our town will not be attending.

We spent two nights. In that time frame we were approached in the lobby 12 times by staff to attend a breakfast or dinner for a time share presentation. They were quite pushy. We had to call maintenance to adjust our Air Conditioner. He was nice and it was fixed. The sink in the bathroom clogged and made gurgling noises. That had to be fixed as well. The last day we left early because of a bad smell coming out of the drain. The pool closed at 6pm so we missed out on that as well. Casino area was nice. We enjoyed the Benihana restaurant experience.
Great hotel overall and the pool sauna was fabulous. I was able to park my RV (24 ft.) in an outside patrolled area.
No complaints, Westgate was a great place to stay if you don’t care to be on The Strip. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. Some interesting Elvis memorabilia, go check it out! Casino and shops downstairs if you’re interested.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino was a great place to stay. Clean/nice rooms. Good gaming. Very close to monorail. Westgate is highly recommended.
