Room was good, food was great and the restaurant staff were very friendly and customer service oriented. Train your front desk evening crew on service.
The staff is outstanding! They are courteous and professional. The room #214 was not adequate. Advertised as handicapped accessible, the bathtub was not a walk in, but a standard bathtub that required stepping over the side of the tub; additionally the grab bars were not easily reached. One was on the far wall and could not be reached until a person was completely in the tub; the other was intertwined with the shower plumbing. This tub was not really accessible.
Hotel generally nice, good service. No free coffee in morning in lobby and worst part is thin walls I had very noisy room next door, no sleep as result.
