Staff bent over backwards to save a family trip after an AirBNB nightmare! Located in Times Square, this place is central to so many top destinations! Highly recommend!
Staying at the Manhattan Time Square was a great choice primarily due to its location to the cities attractions. Everything is in walking distance for the great experience of a tourist. Upon arrival, the hotel staff was very welcoming and polite and accommodating to my needs. I also admire how they support our military as I’m a veteran. upon entering the room on the 18th floor, there was a scent of cleanliness and everything was functional such as outlets, lights and window shade, as well as plumbing and bathroom features. The price was affordable, which allowed me to enjoy other activities that I hadn’t recently planned on. I recommend this hotel. All of the receptionist and managers were superb.
