We enjoyed our stay with the hotel. Other than the shuttle service timings not being the greatest and issue with the washing machine our last day, everything else was great.
Our room was a little worn but comfortable. It was roomy enough for four people and the kitchen was reasonable well stocked. Our biggest complaint was that we requested some supplies (garbage bags, toilet paper) and never received them. The pools were nice but nobody checked to make sure everyone had a wrist band and people were putting very young children (i.e. in diapers) into the spa which isn't supposed to be allowed. It does explain the incredibly high concentration of chemicals in the water, however.
