"Slow/weak"

The check in process was very slow. Even though I already prepaid the room I had to submit my credit card twice (once for a deposit and a second time for a fee) On top of that I had to fill out a kind of a tag. The WiFi in our room 2080 was very weak. So I used my cellular data which was faster and more reliable.

A clean hotel. On arrival my room was ready but the air conditioning was not working. Very nice maintenance person came and installed a new unit within minutes. Good job. The food at the complex was also good, would stay there again.
