This hotel is in a great location for accessing Fremont Street activities. The room was spacious and comfortable.
This company did not refund my cancellation because pets are not family. I am a widow who is going through breast cancer and have a pet family four to be exact. I do not have children and my only person who could stay the nights to feed them is a nephew. My pup had emergency surgery and needed care around the clock to administer his meds. To me this was necessary to cancel my stay. However bookonline wouldn’t refund even after purchasing insurance. I never meant to book through them. As I thought I was booking through the hotel. This was going to be the first time to ever stay at Plaza. Lesson learned. ugh it sucks when pets are not included as family.
Staff was excellent. Very good service and good slots.
Food was great and loved outside bar,safe didn’t work.

Check in was very smooth even later at night and we enjoyed that we were asked if we wanted a quieter section (although we did not and loved overlooking Fremont St!). All staff were very helpful and happy to answer any questions. Standard hotel room, but a very small bathroom space.
Room was clean. Could use better lighting. Very dark. Shower has no water pressure. Other than that nice employees. Great place to stay. Do not care for resort fees. Way too much.

The only complaint all the girls in our group had (four separate rooms) was the lighting in all of our bathrooms. It was hard to see putting on makeup. A vanity area would be nice!

We were very satisfied with our room. However, when I visited a friend in another room after he had used the bathroom the smell was terrible. Was A/C fan supposed to take care of this.

Despite being one of the older casino hotels downtown, we still found The Plaza more than adequate for our needs. Helpful staff and set on Fremont St. you are really doing a fantastic job of keeping up with the times. Excellent job. Will remain on our list of go to places to stay.
Room very spacious and clean. Next time I’m in Las Vegas I’ll stay here again.
This is our second time to stay and this is the only place we will stay when we come to Vegas.
It was decent. Not bad! Close to Fremont St. which was good if looking to stay in old Vegas.
