I booked over the phone and was charged a non negotiable resort fee. Then at check in I was charged the fee again. I requested a call numerous times from the manager and was never contacted.

Regarding our specifically guest-related ‘green’ sustainability program and hotel procedures: Sheets are changed every three days unless you place the change sheets card on your bed. Hang towels if you would like to reuse them or leave them on the floor; we will then provide you with fresh towels. Recycle bins are located in guest rooms, pool area and near all elevators.
