Booking.com and Ramada need to coordinate their messages so customers actually know what to expect once they get there. Upon booking we specifically asked if this is a park and fly hotel with 24 hour shuttle to the airport and we were assured it is. Upon arrival at the desk and inquired where we should park our car for the weekend we were informed that we could not leave our car there and if we did it would be towed! We would have to arrange for airport parking or park at the hotel across the road …whaaat? They did however offer a full refund, without penalty if cancelled … we’ll see if that actually happens without another battle. We cancelled and got a room across the road with absolutely no hassle and it was everything we needed and a much nicer place!
