The airconditioner did not work. The repair man came when we called the next day and it did not work again the following night, we told the check out agent but was very disappointed. It is summer and hot!
The location was easy for the event we were attending.
The room was well equipped and had a nice view fine for us as a couple. We wanted our son to visit for our last night and a "cot" was delivered, but it was substantially larger than any available space. Although I am a Gold Bonvoy member, I was not allowed to use any Bonvoy privileges because I registered through the (AAAS) conference site, not the Bonvoy site. That seemed to me to be both excessive and unwarranted punishment. Very bad taste in my mouth.
