Very clean and neat with a very responsive staff.
This is an extremely nice and beautiful hotel. There is a cozy little coffee shop in the lobby where you can enjoy a light breakfast or lunch. Although I didn’t swim, the view of the pool and the lake was very nice. The hotel is within walking distance to Disney Springs, just across the street. The room was clean, and the hotel staff was excellent. Parking was simple, you can choose between self-parking in the South Park garage or valet parking.
The staff and rooms are super clean, bed is on the firm side but good. The walls however are paper thin. We could hear what people said word for word, woke up to people being intimate in the night and could hear every detail….. also we couldn’t figure out how to turn in the shower, wasn’t a simple turn the knob for hot or cold.
We booked this hotel for its location and amenities. The staff was very great! The location is awesome! The grounds are beautiful.
Regarding our specifically guest-related ‘green’ sustainability program and hotel procedures: Sheets are changed every three days unless you place the change sheets card on your bed. Hang towels if you would like to reuse them or leave them on the floor; we will then provide you with fresh towels. Recycle bins are located in guest rooms, pool area and near all elevators.
