When we arrived, we were greeted warmly. We had to find a florist nearby the next day and Daniel was so helpful and took the time to find us one. Saved the day! He was very friendly and personable! We would stay at your hotel again if we were in the area! Thank you!
Back at Miyako after my first stay in 2017. Still great service and a perfect location.
The Miyako Hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I appreciated having the option to valet or self park. The location was also a big plus—there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only downside was that Spring St. was closed off due to the Ciclavia event on the day of the Diplo Race, so we had to walk a few blocks to catch an Uber. Other than that, everything was great!
We were greeted by Tracy and she worked to make sure we got the room we wanted and early! She also asked me, by name, two days later, if I had picked up something left at the restaurant two days before. Great internal communication and Tracy helped us at each turn. Pleasant, accommodating and a huge asset. Thank you Tracy!

The hotel was excellent. Little Tokyo is a vibrant scene at night. I felt so safe!
