The room was comfortable and quiet. Elevators were prompt. Staff was friendly and efficient. Front desk, concierge, room service, housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again.

We ALWAYS stay at the Thompson (over 15 years) when you still had the cartoons playing in the elevators. Thanks for a great experience.
