The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Great hotel and customer service.
We came here as evacuees from Santa Monica during the fires. I must say that every one of the staff people we encountered was absolutely wonderful. They had so many evacuees, many of whom lost their homes (ours is okay. so far) so it had to be taxing for all of the staff. They brought an air purifier to our room when I complained about a strong smoke smell. The only downside to this hotel is that there is only one very expensive restaurant, STK. Fish and chips, e.g. was $73. The food was good, but not outstanding. Breakfast was a bit more reasonable. Most hotels of this size have alternatives. But our room was immaculate, decor lovely. No coffee maker in room, but they bring a tea kettle or coffee maker if you ask for it. Overall, we were grateful for a very comfortable escape for a couple of days.
First time staying there. Very welcoming and friendly staff, from valet guys to steward to front desk during check in. Room was very comfortable and nice. I would stay there again.
