The Westin New York at Times Square offers a 24-hour fitness center, complimentary wireless Internet access, and concierge services.
We had to check in at midnight due to travel problems. We got a great room and the desk staff found a way to let us stay in the same room for another night without having to move. We got great restaurant recommendations. Jeric the Concierge recommended and booked us a great Broadway show and advised us on visiting the Frick Museum. He also booked our exit travel to LaGuardia and personally escorted us to our waiting vehicle. He also found a way to cancel a Broadway booking we’d made by mistake. The first floor guys were great and directed me to the Port Authority where I could get a needed Wall Street Journal. A great guy went out into traffic to find us a cab. We are now big fans of the Westin and look forward to visiting again.
This is a nice hotel. Staff is excellent. Times Square is fun to be close to with lots of stuff.
