Room was very comfortable. Breakfast food was good.
Unfortunately, we missed the only change of clothes we had after the fire at the hotel. Our clothes were in a plastic bag ready to go to a laundry. We reported to the hotel the day we left as soon as we noticed the bag was missing. The hotel response after few days was that our clothes were not found.

We were affected by the Eaton Fire and had to evacuate our home with minutes of notice. The Westin Pasadena allowed our two Great Danes to stay at the hotel with us for two nights. We are eternally GRATEFUL! It meant so much to us that during our time of need, they were there. We will truly never forget this!
