My hotel experience was wonderful at this hotel! I was on the 5th floor with beautiful Mountain View! 🌳 Very chill and calm ambiance. The restaurant bar food was delicious, my favorite are the French Fries 😄 Overall, it’s a super great hotel! Plus, the pool and hot tub are super fab! ☀️.

I had to evacuate to a hotel because of the Los Angeles wildfires in January. The hotel was full and guests were stressed. None the less, the excellent service and hospitality provided by Kassandra Montes made everything ok. She was extremely accommodating and always willing to help me with a smile. I could not have had a better experience thanks to Kassandra. I even signed up to to become a member because of the gracious treatment I received. I will be back. Thank you!
