First thing that went wrong in our room, the sinks in the main restroom were clogged comma and would run the water they would back up. They called down to the front desk and they said they would send somebody. We left for the day and returned to the room, the water did drain a little better, but it would still back up if we would use the water for a little more than a minute. Secondly, I would have to say the worst part of our state, was that I made numerous calls to the front desk or housekeeping and asked for the room to be cleaned and resupply. Each time I was assured that somebody would respond and no one did. We were supposed to stay until Monday morning, But we checked out Sunday afternoon because we were almost out of toilet paper and we had to continuously use our same towels. As for myself, I don’t think I would ever be staying at any Palms casino resort again and I would definitely not recommend this experience to anyone I know.
