I love the Lenox ! Beautiful place and everyone is extremely nice! Can’t wait to come back !
Lovely historic hotel with a great restaurant and location in Boston.
Superb room (a spacious corner executive king suite with fireplace); superb service everywhere. Free Sunday newspaper is a thing from the past, as is delivery of firewood and a fire started by staff. Coffee in lobby is, however, not up to par (weak and acidic) and there is no decaf. But drinks in the lobby bar were superior (a signature cocktail and a daiquiri) and food in Sweeney’s pub was quite fine. I will return and recommend to friends. In fact, the Lenox was recommended to us in the first place by friends who are frequently returning guests. Front desk and housekeeping are tops.

Now I am a member of Marriott/Bonvoy where I get my points, etc., but when I come to Boston I always stay at the Lenox. Besides being a classical hotel with the grandeur of decades past, it still carries a very upscale modern vibe, much like a bride on her wedding day, "something old, something new". But the single aspect about staying at the Lenox that I love and admire about the Lenox is that everyone seems to really love their job. From the Doormen, to the valets to the cleaning staff to the front desk and beyond, there are always hello, good morning, how ya doing. and with smiles. Having worked in many organizations some public, some private and government too, the culture of an organization is readily identified. For some organizations that isn't a good thing, but here at the Lenox it is extremely positive and natural. So with lots of positive things to do in Boston, dinner at the Contessa and seeing the amazing Hamilton to celebrate my wife's major birthday. The Lenox is the host that provides a warm reception to explore the many great things about Boston. Way to go!
The Lenox is a beautiful hotel to explore Boston from. The staff was very welcoming and professional! We really loved the turn of the century decor along with all of today’s amenities! We had a wonderful stay in spite of the Red Dox losing to the Yankees!
Will stay again.
Amazing welcome note with bottle of wine on the bed… Front desk girl was incredibly friendly--helped with laundry needs, all smiles. Beautiful property, martinis in bar area, etc. I normally stay in Seaport for my work trips--I’ll be booking Lenox from now on. Perfection.
The renovated restaurant and bar are perfect. Very well done.
Best hotel experience in recent memory and certainly since coming out of COVID.
Very comfortable and elegant!
