My husband and I arrived on Thursday with myself being sick. The front staff was very understanding and quick to let us check in early as I was needing to lay down. After a few days my husband became ill also. the front staff were very quick to get us more toilet paper and towels. five of our 7 days left us staying in the hotel as we both had the flu. When we were able to finally get out to go somewhere, they always asked if we were feeling better. Bottled water was brought up for us at no charge also. As for the hotel itself, it was very clean. While there definitely needs to be some upgrades to the building itself, it wasn't disgusting, just out dated. I would definitely stay here again. It is right in the center of restaurants of all types and right at I4 and 15mins from the airport.
