I absolutely love the Orleans Hotel and Casino! The swimming pool is fantastic and the food at the restaurants is simply superb. The gaming options are impressive as well. I have to highlight the sportsbook—it's truly outstanding and the team there does an excellent job. Plus, the lifeguards at the pool are extremely attentive to both kids and patrons, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

I absolutely love the Orleans Hotel and Casino! The swimming pool is fantastic and the food at the restaurants is simply superb. The gaming options are impressive as well. I have to highlight the sportsbook—it's truly outstanding and the team there does an excellent job. This is a very attractive and comfortable hotel. The casino is great. The conference facilities were awesome. I had a good time during my visit here for a conference. The restaurants were superb. I would highly recommend it.

I played slot machines while there on July 2nd and 4th and also while at Sam's Town the previous month. I spent and won several hundred dollars. Before I left I checked my points balance and it was zero. Are you trying to keep me from playing at a Boyd's casino in the future? I was not happy. My Boyd's player card number is L2052994795.

We've been staying at the Orleans for years and will continue until there's a reason not too, but our experience has been Very Good everytime so far. We will be back in early July so looking forward to another great stay!

No Mini fridge,no coffee maker, no microwave and no complimentary waters. For the price I felt slighted.
This hotel did not have mini refrigerators nor complimentary coffee makers in the rooms! They did this to make guests pay for food and coffees at their venues. I believe the hotel makes enough profit at their guest's expense and should offer some sort of amenities in their rooms such as mini frigs and complimentary coffee/tea makers.
This hotel did not have ADA accessible parking, I was told to use the valet parking (and to remember to tip the valets). I believe valet parking should not expect tips for ADA parking if ADA parking is not offered.
Second time I've ben here. Great deals. Excellent rooms. Awesome pool. Very helpful staff. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They have loyal frequent customer in me. Thanks guys.
Third stay with bowlers. Love the pool, rooms are spacious, plenty to eat. We’ll be back next year!
