Both sinks need to be plumbed badly. They get blocked up immediately. And the towels have a bad odor to them.
couch dirty and uncomfortable they did not clean room no coffee maker in room view was terrible I hate being over the lights no TV channels came to relax but didn’t happen. had to ask about pool.
My family had a celebration of life for a family member that had passed. Everything the hotel did to support the family was top notch.
My first time staying and plan to stay again! From one to ten, a nine!

Great room and customer service. I love this hotel.
I was in a wheelchair and it is quite difficult to get around. There was no room service available and when I requested a microwave, I was refused. I will not be returning to this hotel ever again.
Do you want a clean, comfortable hotel and casino off the Strip? I highly recommend the Suncoast. Love it!
As always, we enjoyed our Suncoast visit. We had great meals and service at Briggs and 90/90. A special thanks to Glen at Briggs for the terrific sushi! And the hotel staff was friendly and helpful!

Nina, housekeeping manager, is an exceptional employee. She is truly an asset to the Suncoast Hotel and Casino. The valet and bellmen are also exceptional employees. I will definitely return to the Suncoast on my next visit.
