The cool thing about Hilton Garden Inn Nanuet is that it offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, restaurant, spa, and free WiFi/internet.
I was welcomed after 11 hours on the highway by Sam who has a bright smile and a playful demeanor. Right from the start things went well. I was offered a choice of rooms and got one on the fifth floor with a view of the mountains. (Ok, to be honest the Home Depot parking lot is there too, but that did not bother me.) The mattress was firm, the pillows soft and the room clean and tidy. What’s not to like. When I needed extra towels I got them no problem. I had a nice stay.
Cleanliness was not good. Staff not friendly.
All staff were wonderful. The room was clean and housekeeping friendly and helpful. All at the front desk were terrific, especially Jason and Merrisa. I’ll be back! Thanks.
Had one minor issue which was corrected in a timely manner. I enjoyed my stay and will return.
The Garden Grill & Bar is open daily for Breakfast. M-F from 6am-10am and Sat-Sun from 7am-11am. Not included with the rate
