The Ramada Limited is a clean and safe boutique inn property in Redondo Beach. It is 2 stories with exterior corridors, stairs and no elevator. In the center of the property there are a few parking spaces allotted for guests checking in. The rest of the courtyard is beautifully decorated patio area with tables and chairs for guests to relax in. Behind the property, there is a small jaccuzi area but no pool.The property has 40 rooms consisting of various room types: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 queens, rooms with a jacuzzi and a few suites consisting of 2 rooms adjoined. The rooms are beautifully decorated with wooden floors, ceiling fan & air conditioner, pillow-top mattresses, 32’ flat screen tv, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, small table with 2 chairs, spacious closet (safe, iron board & iron), spacious bathroom with outside vanity, and a full length mirror. The property provides a 24-hour lobby service, a small business center, free HBO, free Wi-Fi, and free underground parking, There is a small breakfast area which serves continental breakfast 6am to 10am daily. The property is on the busy Pacific Coast Highway in a residential area, which is definitely safe in and in a walk-able neighborhood with local stores and shops. It is a quick 5-minute walk to the beach (3 blocks), 1 mile to Redondo Beach Pier, 2 miles to Manhattan Beach, 3 miles to Palos Verdes and 8 miles south from LAX. The closest freeways are the 91, 405, 110 and 105.This is ideal for small leisure groups (8 people or less), small families, solo travelers or extended stay guests seeking a clean, safe and budget property with some frills but still needing the basics.
