A very tight vertical hotel, with narrow hallways, the check in desk on the 4th floor and over burdened elevators. The room and the staff are fine. The location in the heart of Times Square and the theater district is good or bad depending on how you feel about huge crowds.

Upon arrival to the hotel lobby, we were greeted by an expert guest service agent. Her name was Ibeth Rodriquez. We were welcomed and she was able to accommodate us with a room that was immediately available since we had arrived early. She asked us if we were there for any special occasion. We told her it was both of our birthdays and we were celebrating slightly early. She treated us to some chocolates and a nice goodie bag which was much appreciated. The next morning we had some minor issues that she was able to immediately take care of and wished us well for our next visit to the hotel. The hotel is close to theaters and dining.
